5. Participant Privacy

Participant names may be visible to organisers for invitation tracking and completion monitoring.

However, Deciphir reports are designed to present results in grouped, aggregated, and diagnostic form rather than attributing responses directly to individual participants.

6. Sensitive Information

Users should not submit information relating to:

  • health or medical conditions
  • religion
  • ethnicity or racial background
  • political opinions
  • criminal history
  • union membership
  • sexual orientation
  • other highly sensitive personal information

7. Cookies and Analytics

Completed reports, organiser details, participant responses, and related records may be retained indefinitely unless deletion is requested.

Expired invite links, incomplete submissions, and abandoned records may be deleted after 90 days.

Deciphir uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information.

However, no internet-based service can guarantee complete security.

11. Access, Correction, and Deletion

Organisers and participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting hello@deciphir.com.

12. International Data Transfers

Information may be stored or processed outside Australia where Deciphir service providers operate.

13. Children's Privacy

Deciphir Lens is intended for use by businesses and organisations and is not designed for children.
